GRANT OF ROADWAY EASEMENT
This Grant of Roadway Easement is entered into by and between
THOMAS C. CUTLER and JULIET M. CUTLER, Husband and Wife-as-Joint Tenants
and the City of Redlands, a Municipal Corporation (herein "City")duly organized in accordance
with the laws of the State of California.
For valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged
THOMAS C. CUTLER and JULIET M. CUTLER, Husband and Wife as Joint Tenants
hereby grants to City an irrevocable roadway easement over that certain real property
("Easement Area"), described on Exhibit"A"and shown on Exhibit"B"attached hereto,for the
following purposes:
A. Right-of-way at any time, or from time to time, to construct, maintain, operate
replace, and renew the roadway described on Exhibit "A" and shown on Exhibit "B", and
appurtenant structures in, upon and across said Easement Area or any part thereof; and
B. Ingress and egress over the Easement Area for vehicular or pedestrian traffic.

DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY
Real property located in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows:
Those portions of Lots 1 and 2 in Block "A" of Watrous First Addition in the City of
Redlands, as shown by map on file in Book 5, Page 34 of Maps, Records of said County,
described as follows:
Commencing at the center line intersection of Olive Avenue and Cajon Street as shown on said
map, thence southeasterly along the center line of said Cajon Street a distance of 50.00 feet to
its intersection with the southwesterly prolongation of the southeasterly right of way of said
Olive Avenue, said point being the Point of Beginning;
Thence continuing southeasterly along the center line of said Cajon Street 110.00 feet; thence
at right angles to said center line 44.00 feet; thence northwesterly, parallel with and 44.00 feet
distant from, measured at right angles, said center line to a point which lies 13.00 feet
southeasterly from the southeasterly right of way of said Olive Avenue, said point being the
beginning of a curve concave south and having a radius of 13.00 feet; thence north 20.42 feet
along said curve through a central angle of 90000'00" to a point on the southeasterly right of
way of said Olive Avenue; thence southwesterly along said right of way and its southwesterly
prolongation 57.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
