GRANT OF ROADWAY EASEMENT
This Grant of Roadway Easement is entered into by and between
Manuel Gonzalez and Myrna Gonzalez, Husband and Wife as Joint Tenants
and the City of Redlands, a Municipal Corporation (herein "City") duly organized in
accordance with the laws of the State of California.
For valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged
Manuel Gonzalez and Myrna Gonzalez, Husband and Wife as Joint Tenants
hereby grants to the City of Redlands an irrevocable roadway easement over that certain
real property ("Easement Area"), described on Exhibit "A" and shown on Exhibit "B"
attached hereto, for the following purposes:
A. Right-of-way at any time, or from time to time, to construct, maintain, operate
replace, and renew the roadway described on Exhibit "A" and shown on Exhibit "B", and
appurtenant structures in, upon and across said Easement Area or any part thereof; and
B. Ingress and egress over the Easement Area for vehicular or pedestrian traffic.

DESCRIPTION OF ROADWAY EASEMENT
Real property located in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, being, that portion of Lot 8, Block "A" of Map of Shorey's Subdivision, as shown by
map on file in Book 13, Page 26, of Maps, records of said County and State, described as
follows.
That portion of said Lot 8, being bounded on the south by the north line of Stuart Avenue, 50
feet wide, being bounded on the east by the west line of Eleventh Street, 50 feet wide and
being bounded on the northwest by a curve concave to the northwest having a radius of 20.00
feet and being tangent with the north line of said Stuart Avenue and the west line of said
Eleventh Street as shown by said map;
The above described land contains 86.19 Square Feet.
All as shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
