This Grant of Roadway Easement is entered into by and between
Charlotte M. Langley
Full Name of Grantors
and the City of Redlands, a Municipal Corporation.(herein"City")duly organized in
accordance with the laws of the State of California.
For valuable consideration,receipt of which is hereby acknowledged

hereby grants to City an irrevocable roadway easement over that ceftain real property
("Easement Area"},described on Exhibit"A"and shown on Exhibit"B"attached hereto,
for the following purposes:
A. Right-of-way at any time,or from time to time,to construct,maintain,
operate replace,and renew the roadway described on Exhibit"A"and shown on Exhibit
"B",and appurtenant structures in, upon and across said Easement Area or any part
thereof;and
B. Ingress and egress over the Easement Area for vehicular or pedestrian
traffic.

GRANT OF ROADWAY EASEMENT
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
That portion of Government Lot 2 of Section 12, Township 2 South, Range 3 West, San
Bernardino Meridian, in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, according to the Official Plat thereof, described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest comer of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter
said Section 12, said point is shown as the Northeast comer of Parcel 2 of Parcel Map
No. 9599,recorded in Parcel Map Book 110,pages 62 through 64,records of said
County. Thence N 89'38'33" E, along the North line of said Section 12, 125.32 feet to a
point on the Southwest right of way of Elder Road, 20 foot half width, as shown on
Record of Survey Book 2, Page 38, Records of said County, said point also being the
True Point of Beginning;
Thence, S 28°32'51"E along said Southwest right of way, 120.00 feet to most Easterly
comer of that parcel of land identified as the North Parcel of Lot Line Adjustment No.
261 per document recorded August 16, 1989 as Instrument No. 299446 of Official
Records of said County;
Thence,departing said Southwest right of way, S 41°31'39"E, along the Southeast line
of said North Parcel, 10.64 feet to a point on a line parallel to and 30.00 feet
Southwesterly of the centerline of said Elder Road;
Thence,N 28°32'51"W, along said parallel line, 68.48 feet to the beginning of a 330.00
foot radius tangent curve, concave to the East,having a radial bearing of N 61'27'09" E;
Thence,Northwesterly along said 330.00 foot radius curve,through a central angle of
10'05'00"a distance of 58.08 feet to a point on North line of said Section 12,last said
point having a radial bearing of N 71°32'09"E;
Thence,N 8938'33" E along last said North line, 5.56 feet to the True Point of
Beginning.
