This Grant of Roadway Easement is entered into by and between

and the City of Redlands, a Municipal Corporation(herein"City") duly organized in
accordance with the laws of the State of California.
For valuable consideration,receipt of which is hereby acknowledged

hereby grants to City an irrevocable roadway easement over that certain real property
("Easerrient Area"),described on Exhibit"A" and shown on Exhibit"B"attached hereto,
for the following purposes:
A. Right-of-way at any time,or from time to time,to construct,maintains,
operate replace,and renew the roadway described on Exhibit"A"and shown on Exhibit
"B", and appurtenant structures in,upon and across said Easement Area or any part
thereof;and
B `ess and egress over the Easement Area for vehicular or pedestrian
traffic.

portion of the East 1/2of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 36, Township 1
South, Range 3 West, S.B.M. described as follows:
Commencing at the most Southerly corner of Parcel Map 10079, per plat
recorded in Book Ill of Parcel Maps, pages 32 and 33, records of San
Bernardino County, said point also being the True Point of Beginning;
Thence, N 4204927" E, along the Southeasterly line of said Parcel Map
10079 a distance of 37.94' to the most sly corner of Parcel 3 of said Parcel
Map 10079, said corner also lying on a 52.00' radius non-tangent curve,
concave to the West, having a radial bearing of S 57006'52" W;
