GRANT OF ROADWAY EASEMENT
This Grant of Roadway Easement is entered into by and between
WF Construction, Inc.
and the City of Redlands, a Municipal Corporation (herein "City") duly organized in
accordance with the laws of the State of California.
For valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged
WF Construction, Inc.
hereby grants to the City of Redlands an irrevocable roadway easement over that certain
real property ("Easement Area"), described on Exhibit "A" and shown on Exhibit "B"
attached hereto, for the following purposes:
A. Right-of-way at any time, or from time to time, to construct, maintain, operate
replace, and renew the roadway described on Exhibit "A" and shown on Exhibit `B" and
appurtenant structures in, upon and across said Easement Area or any part thereof; and
B. Ingress and egress over the Easement Area for vehicular or pedestrian traffic.

The west 2.00 feet of Lots 1 and 24 in Block"G"of Lugonia Park, in the City of Redlands, County
of San Bernardino, State of California, as per Plat recorded in Book 4, page 50, of Maps, in the
Office of the County Recorder of said County.
Excluding that portion of Sylvan Boulevard as established by Resolution No. 484 of the City of
Redlands, adopted March 6, 1929 as would pass by operation of law with a conveyance of lots 1
to 3, inclusive, Block "G" according to said map of Lugonia Park ,
Note: By Resolution No. 794, recorded October 28, 1955, in book 3776, page 188, Official
Records,all Sylvan Boulevard lying between University Street(formerly known as East Street)and
Judson Street was abandoned. Said resolution recites"that nothing in the proceeding is intended
to change or close any portion of Sylvan Boulevard as it has existed subsequent to the opening or
widening of Sylvan Boulevard under the provisions of Resolution of Intention No. 484 adopted on
March 6, 1929".

This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the deed or grant dated,
February 10, 2009, from WF Construction, Inc., to the City of Redlands, a municipal
corporation, is hereby accepted by the undersigned officer or agent on behalf of the City Council
of the City of Redlands pursuant to the authority conferred by Resolution No. 6756 of the City
Council of the City of Redlands adopted on September 3, 2008, and the grantee consents to
recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.
