SECTION 6103 GRANT OF SEWER LINE EASEMENT
This Grant of Sewer Line Easement is entered into by and between
ProLogis Riverbluff CA LLC
Full Name of Grantor
and the City of Redlands, a Municipal Corporation, (herein "City") duly organized in accordance with the
laws of the State of California.
For valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged

hereby grants to City an irrevocable sewer line easement over that certain real property(Easement Area),
described on Exhibit"A" and shown on Exhibit"B" attached hereto, for the following purposes:
A. Right of access at any time, or from time to time, to construct, maintain,operate,
replace, and renew the sewer line system described on Exhibit "A" and shown on Exhibit
"B",and appurtenant structures, in, upon and across said Easement of Area or any part
thereof. Grantee shall give Grantor reasonable notice prior to entering Grantor's property
in connection with the exercise of its rights hereunder,and Grantee, at its sole expense,
shall restore the Easement Area and other Grantor property to as good a condition or
better as existed immediately prior to any disturbance or alteration.

SEWER EASEMENT
That portion of the northwest quarter of Section 16, Township I South, Range 3 West,
San Bernardino Meridian, being described as follows:

COMMENCING at the center north' 1/161' corner of said Section 16 as shown on State
of California Department of Transportation Right of Way Map No. 916104;
Thence North 89' 27' 56" West along the northerly line of the south half of the northwest
quarter of said Section 16, a distance of 320.73 feet to a point on the westerly line of that certain
parcel of land conveyed to the State of California by deed recorded March 12, 1980 as
Instrument No. 80-061469, Official Records of San Bernardino County, California, said westerly
line also being the easterly line of that certain parcel of land conveyed to ProLogis Riverbluff
CA LLC described as Parcel D by deed recorded October 22, 21007 as Document No. 2007-
0593607, Official Records of said county and state,
Thence South 00' 10' 01" East along said westerly line and along said easterly line, a
distance of 491.36 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence continuing South 00' 10' 01" East along said westerly line and along said easterly
line, a distance of 40.00 feet to a point on a line parallel with and distant northerly 26.84 feet,
measured at a right anale, from the southerly line of said Parcel D;
Thence North 89' 56' 13" West along said parallel line, a distance of 515.00 feet to a
point on the easterly line of that certain Grant of Easement for roadway purposes (River Bluff
Avenue) to the County of San Bernardino, recorded June 26, 2008 as Document No. 2008-
0292376, Official Records of San Bernardino County, California;
Thence North 00' 031 47" East along said easterly line, a distance of 40.00 feet to a point
on a line parallel with and distant northerly 66.84 feet, measured at a right angle, from said
southerly line of Parcel D-,
Thence South 89' 56' 13" East along said parallel line, a distance of 514.84 feet to the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING,
Containing 0.47 acre, more or less.
