For valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged ProLogis Riverbluff CA LLC Full Name of Grantor hereby grants to City an irrevocable sewer line easement over that certain real property(Easement Area), described on Exhibit"A" and shown on Exhibit"B" attached hereto, for the following purposes: A. Right of access at any time, or from time to time, to construct, maintain,operate, replace, and renew the sewer line system described on Exhibit "A" and shown on Exhibit "B",and appurtenant structures, in, upon and across said Easement of Area or any part thereof. Grantee shall give Grantor reasonable notice prior to entering Grantor's property in connection with the exercise of its rights hereunder,and Grantee, at its sole expense, shall restore the Easement Area and other Grantor property to as good a condition or better as existed immediately prior to any disturbance or alteration.
