GRANT OF SIDEWALK EASEMENT
This Grant of Sidewalk Easement is entered into by and between
Manuel Gonzalez and Myrna Gonzalez, Husband and Wife as Joint Tenants
and the City of Redlands, a Municipal Corporation (herein "City") duly organized in
accordance with the laws of the State of California.
For valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged
Manuel Gonzalez and Myrna Gonzalez, Husband and Wife as Joint Tenants
hereby grants to the City of Redlands an irrevocable sidewalk easement over that certain
real property ("Easement Area"), described on Exhibit "A" and shown on Exhibit "B"
attached hereto, for the following purposes:
A. Right-of-way at any time, or from time to time, to construct, maintain, operate
replace, and renew the sidewalk described on Exhibit "A" and shown on Exhibit "B", and
appurtenant structures in, upon and across said Easement Area or any part thereof; and
B. Ingress and egress over the Easement Area for vehicular or pedestrian traffic.

DESCRIPTION OF SIDEWALK EASEMENT
Real property located in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, being, that portion of Lot 8, Block "A" of Map of Shorey's Subdivision, as shown by
map on file in Book 13, Page 26, of Maps, records of said County and State, described as
follows.
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Lot 8, 25 feet north of the centerline of Stuart
Avenue and 25 feet west of the centerline of Eleventh Street as shown by said map;
Thence West along the south line of said Lot 8, a distance of 40.41 feet to the Point of
Beginning;
Thence continuing along said south line, West, a distance of 54.14 feet;
Thence North 45" 00' 00" East, a distance of 7.07 feet to a line 5 feet north of and parallel with
said south line as measured at right angles thereto;
Thence along said parallel line, East, a distance of 44.14 feet;
Thence South 450 00' 00" East, a distance of 7.07 feet, to the Point of Beginning.
The above described land contains 245.70 Square Feet.
All as shown on Exhibit"B" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
