For valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged Redlands Family YMCA hereby grants to City an irrevocable sidewalk easement over that certain real property ("Easement Area"), described on Exhibit"A" and shown on Exhibit `B" attached hereto, for the following purposes: A.
