Right-of-dray at any time, or from bine to time, to construct, maintain operate,. replace, and renew the storm drainage system described on Exhibit "A" and shown on Exhibit `8," and appurtenant structures in, upon and across the Property; and B. The right of ingress and egress to and front the Property rarely for the purposes of constructing, maintaining, operating; replacing or renewing the storm drainage system described on Exhibit "A" and shown on Exhibit "B," and appurtenant structures in, upon and across the Property. Grantee sitaii be responsible for any and all coasts arising out of or in any way connected with constructing, maintaining, operating, replacing; or renewing the storm drainage system descri ed on Exhibit "A" and shown on Exhibit "B," and appurtenant structures. The Easement and either rights granted herein are hereby expressly made subject to Grantor's paramount right to use the Property burdened by the Easement in any manner which dines not unreasonably interfere with the Easement. Grantees use of the Easement and exercise of the rights granted her in shalt be clone in a manner which doges not interfere, hinder, or restrict t Grrantor's we and/or development of the Property= burdened by the Easement; Grantee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Grantor, its successors and assigns, from any and arty and all loess„ damage, as claims for damage, liability, scuts, judgments, penalties, fines, expenses, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, which arise out of or are in an), way connected with Grantee's use of the Easement, as well as any acts or omissions of Grantee, its officers, employees, agents, contractors, or representatives in the exercise of Grantee's rights, duties, or obligations related to the Easement, unless caused by the sole negligence or willful misconduct of Grantor, The provisions of this indemnification clause shall survive the termination of the rights granted by Grantor to Grantee in connection with this Easement.
