A 6 foot wide non-building easement on, over and above that portion of
Parcel No. 1, Parcel Map No. 10573, as per Parcel Map recorded in Book
122 of Parcel Maps, Page 24, Official Records of the County
of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Southeast corner of said Parcel No. 1, said point
lying on the North right of way line of Stuart Avenue, as shown by
said Parcel Map; thence North 00 021 4611 East along the East line of
said parcel, jo.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning,- thence
continuing North 0* 021 4611 East 38.74 feet; thence North 89* 571 1411
West 6. 00 feet; thence South 0* 021 4511 West parallel with the East
line of said Parcel No. 1, 38.74 feet; thence South 89* 571 1411 East
6.00 feet to the point of beginning.
The 6 foot wide non-building easement over the hereinabove described
portion of Parcel No. 1 of Parcel Map No. 10573 is for the purpose of
enforcing non-building within that area as a method of insuring fire
protection between buildings.
