The work performed tinder this contract has been inspected by authorized representatives of the Owner,Contractor,and Engineer,and the Project
(or specified part of the Project,as indicated above) is hereby accepted by the Owner and declared to be substantially completed on the above date.
DEFINITION OF COMPLETION OF THE WORK
Completion o`the work shaN me::n substantial completion of the project or specified area of the project.
The date of such substantial comp;etion of a project or sp--cif ied area of a project is the date when the
construction is sufficiently completed,in accordance with the contract documents,as modified by any
change orders agreed to by the par-ties,so that the Owner can occupy or utilize the project or specified
area of the project for the use for which it was intended.
A list of all items remaining to be completed or corrected is appended hereto. All such work shall be completed or c-)rrected to the satisfaction of
the Owner within4 5 calendar days after the above date,otherwise the Contractor does hereby waive any and all claiins to all monies withheld by
the Owner under the Contract to cover the value of all such uncompleted or uncorrected items.
