NOTICE OF LIEN
To be assessed upon real property owned by FRANK F. LIMA AND
EMILY LIMA, VELM.A. V. JOURNEA, ETAL. Pursuant to the Authority
contained in Chapter 54 of the Redlands Or-dinance Code, City
of Redlands , California, the City of Redlands did, on the
fourth day of April 1986 , cause an immediate hazard to be
abated on the real property hereinafter described and did, on
the third day of June 1986 , approve the report of costs for
the abatement of the immediate hazard by motion during the
regular council meeting. Therefore, in accordance with
Chapter 54 of the Redlands Ordinance Code , the cost of such
abatement shall be assessed upon said real property
hereinafter described. Of said costs there remains unpaid to
the City of Redlands the sum of ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED
SEVEN DOLLARS AND SIXTEEN CENTS ( $1607 .16) , and therefore
said City of Redlands does hereby claim a lien upon said real
property in the amount of ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SEVEN
DOLLARS AND SIXTEEN CENTS (1607 .16) together with interest
calculated thereon at 770 per annum from the third day of
July 1986 , until said amount has been paid in full and this
lien discharged of record.
The real property hereinbefore mentioned and upon which a
iien is hereby claimed is the parcel of real property
situated in the City of Redlands , County of San Bernardino,
State of California, and more particularly described as
follows :
Legal Description - Lot 19 , Tract 2681
Tax Assessors Parcel Number 169-101-11
The owners of record of the hereinbefore mentioned property
as listed on the San Bernardino County Tax Assessors Roll
are:
Velma V. Journeau , Ray L. Greenwood, Ben Weitz,
Frank F. Lima and Emily H. Lima, Arnold R. Keller ,
John Eberhart and Ethel R. Eberhart, Lloyd E. Day and
Leora R. Day, Rita Cooper , Jack E . Kyle and Karyn Sue Kyle.
