This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the agreement for the provision of
professional consulting services to update the City of Redlands Hazard Mitigation Plan
("Agreement") dated April 15, 2020, by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation
("City"), and APetrow Consulting ("Consultant"), is made and entered into this 6th day of July,
2021
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of City and Consultant to amend Article 4 2 of their existing
Agreement to extend the date for completion of the Services to December 31, 2021,
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant agree as follows
AGREEMENT
Section 2 Section 4 2 of the Agreement, titled "Performance of Services," is hereby
amended to read as follows
"4 2 Consultant shall complete the Services by December 31, 2021, unless this
Agreement is terminated earlier as provided herein "
Section 3 All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this First
Amendment and in effect
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this First Amendment, to be effective
as of July 6, 2021
