as per plat recorded in Map Book 175, pages 22 and 23, records of
said County; thence North 1' 19 ' 58" West along the East line of
said Lot 11, 98:18 feet. tb the beginning of a tangent curve concave
to the East whose radius is 85 .00 feet• thence Northerly along said
