FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowleciyt--d, Lhu CITY OF REDLALYDS hereby remises,
releases and forever quitclaims to the current owner of
record any and all interest into that certain right-of-way
to lay and maintain the pipelines and for incidental
purposes as granted in that certain deed from EZRA J. POST,
and recorded June 5, 1890 , in Book 115, Page 104 of Deeds,
1� San Bernardino County, California, in favor of the City of
an Redlands, and that certain 12 foot drainage easement as
i dedicated on Parcel Map 9705 in Book 129 , Pages 14 and 15 of
Parcel Maps.
