That portion of Lot 22, Sunset Heights in the City of Redlands, County of
San Bernardino, State of California, as per Map recorded in Book 15, pages 51
and 52 of -Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County and with
that portion of Sunset Drive (formerly Edgemont Drive) , lying North of and
adjacent to Lot 22, vacated by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of
Redlands by Resolution No. 904, recorded December 23, 1957, in book 4398, page
2, official records, also that portion of Sunset Drive as vacated by Resolution
No. 3909 recorded in Document No. 86-180383 in said office, County and State
all of the above lying northerly of Line "A" and easterly of Line "B" as follows:
Line "A"
That portion of Sunset Drive Easterly and Northerly of the following described
line as shown on Parcel Map 4229 recorded in the office of the County Recorder,
County of San Bernardino, State of California:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Parcel No. I of Parcel Map No. 3273 as
recorded in Book 34 of Parcel Maps, Page 96-100 in said County and State said
corner also shown on said Parcel Map 4229; thence North 00°00'22"West, 73.53
feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence North 60°31'11" West, 1981 feet
to the beginning of tangent curve concave southwesterly and having a radius
of 682.00 feet; thence northwesterly along said curve through a central angle
of 12° 32' 02" an arc distance of 149.19 feet; thence North 73° 03' 36" West,
158.85 feet to the beginning of a tangent concave northeasterly and having a
radius of 13.00 feet; thence northwesterly along said curve through a central
angle of 90° 00' 00" an arc distance of 20.42 to the beginning of a reverse
curve concave westerly and having a radius of 180.00 feet; thence northerly
along said curve through a central angle of 23° 07' 01" an arc distance of 72.62
feet to a point of tangency; thence North 6° 10' 57" West to the intersection
with the northeasterly right-of-way line of Sunset Drive, said intersection
being the terminus of said line.

The southerly prolongation of the West line to its intersection with said Line

52 of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of .said County and with that
portion of North East 1/4 of Section 1, T.2S. , R.3W. ; described as Commencing
at the South East corner of said Lot 21 said corner being on the Northerly
line of Sunset Drive; thence N84° 54"W, 66 feet; thence S81° 52' 30"W, 48.17
feet; thence North, 204.29 feet; thence S 8° 18' 24" E, 115.05 feet more or
less to a point on the East line of said Section 1 last said point lies north
200 feet from the South East Corner of said Lot 21; thence along .said East
line South 200 feet to the Point of Beginning.
