That portion of land as shown on the Record of Survey filed in Book
29 of Records of Survey , at Page 61, of the records of said County,
described as follows :
COMMENCING at the intersection of the centerlines of Redlands Boulevard
and North Eureka Street, as shown on the aforesaid Record of Survey
filed in Book 29 of Records of Survey, at Page 61; thence along the
centerline of Redlands Boulevard, North 89' 591 05" East 56.97 feet;
thence at right angles South 00' 00' 55" East 42.00 feet to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 89' 59 ' 05" East along a line
parallel with and 42.00 feet Southerly of said centerline of Redlands
Boulevard 852.05 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave to
the Southwest having a radius of 13.00 feet; thence along said curve
through a central an§le of 89' 59 ' 55", an arc distance of 20.42

the deed or grant deed dated January 13 , 1976, from City of
Redlands, CA. to THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF REDLANDS, a political corporation and governmental agency,
is hereby accepted by the undersigned officer or agent on behalf of
the Agency pursuant to authority conferred by order of the Members
of the Agency adopted on Jaua 6 1976, and the Grantee
consents to recordation thereof by the duly authorized officer. -
