That portion of land as shown on the Record of Survey filed in Book
29 of Records of Survey, at Page 61, of the records of said County,
described as follows:
COMMENCING at the intersection of the centerlines of Redlands Boulevard
and North Eureka Street, as shown on the aforesaid Records of Survey
filed in Book 29 of Records of Survey, at Page 61; thence along the
centerline of Redlands Boulevard, North 89' 59' 05" East 56.97 feet;
thence at right angles South 00' 00' 55" East 42.00 feet to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 89* 59' 05" East along a line parallel
with and 42.00 feet Southerly of said centerline of Redlands Boulevard
852.05 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave to the Southwest
having a radius of 13.00 feet; thence along said curve through a
central angle of 89* 59' 55" . an are distance of 20.42 feet; thence
South 0. 01' 00" East along a line parallel with and 44.00 feet
Westerly of the centerline of Orange Street, 519.33 feet to the

1892 in Book 159, Page 288 of deeds, records of said County.
2. An easement in favor of the City of Redlands, as recorded
October 11, 1.892 in Book 164, Page 298 of deeds, records of said County
3. An easement in favor of the City of Redlands, as recorded
July 3, 1903 in Book 335, Page 78 of deeds, records of said County.
4. A right of way in favor of the City of Redlands, as shown on the
plat recorded in Book 12 of Maps, . Page 13, records of said County.

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by
the deed or grant deed dated December 30 1975, from City Of
Redlands, a Municipal Corporation to THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF REDLANDS, a political corporation and governmental agency,
is hereby accepted by the undersigned officer or agent on behalf of
the Agency pursuant to authority conferred by order of the Members
of the Agency adopted on December 18 1975, and the Grantee
consents to recordation thereof by the duly authorized officer.
