does hereby REMISE, RELEASE AND FOREVER QUITCLAIM to
CITY OF REDLANDS
all that real property in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as:
All rights to an easement granted to San Bernardino Valley Water Conservation Dis-
trict to flow and convey water on and across the following described property for
the purpose of water spreading and percolation purposes, and all rights of ingress
and egress to said property, said easement being described as follows:
All that portion of Lots 4, S, 6 and 7 of Block 13 and Lot 2 of Block 19 of
STRETCH MAP OF MENTONE, as per plat recorded in Book 8 of Maps, Page 81, County of
San Bernardino, State of California, in the office of the County Recorder of said
County, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the centerline of Madiera Avenue, said point being
South 890 59' 07" East 3040 feet from the centerline of Crafton Avenue;
Thence North 935 feet;
Thence East 120 feet;
Thence North 170 feet;
Thence North 300 00' 00" West 70 feet;
Thence North 55 feet to a point located 20 feet South of the centerline of
a paved private road, known as Seventh Street (24 feet paved width) , said point is
also 100 feet more or less South of the South line of Section 17, Township 1
South, Range 2 West, S.B.B.&M. ;
Thence Westerly along a line parallel to and 20 feet South of the center-
line of said Seventh Street and parallel to the South line of said Section 17, 950
feet more or less, to a point on a line which bears North 000 00' 53" East from a
point in the centerline of Madeira Avenue, located North 890 59' 07" West 2165
feet from the intersection of the centerline of Crafton Avenue and Madeira Avenue;
Thence South 000 00' 53" West 1212 feet more or less to a point on the cen-
terline of Madeira Avenue, located 2165 feet East of the centerline of Crafton
Avenue;
Thence South 890 47' 42" East 875 feet to the point of beginning, contain-
ing 24 acres more or less.

in and for said State, personally appeared Robert T. Paine,
known to me to be the President of the Board of Directors of the
SAN BERNARDINO VALLEY WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT, and William
J. Hiltgen, known to me to be Secretary to the Board of Direc-
tors of the SAN BERNARDINO VALLEY WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT,
that executed the within instrument, and known to me to be the
persons who executed the attached instrument on behalf of the
Public Agency therein named, and acknowledged to me that such
Public Agency executed the within instrument pursuant to a
resolution of the Board of Directors on December 8, 1986.

This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed to
the City of Redlands dated March 3, 1987
from San Bernardino Valley Water Conservation District
to the City of Redlands, a governmental agency, is hereby accepted and
the Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.

AGREEMENT BETWEEN REDLANDS AND
SEVEN W ENTERPRISES, INC.
FOR A WELL SITE AND PROPERTY EXCHANGE
This Agreement is made this 22 day of April, 1987,
between the CITY OF REDLANDS, a municipal corporation (herein-
after "REDLANDS") and SEVEN W ENTERPRISES, INC. , a Delaware cor-
poration (hereinafter "7W") .
Recitals
1. 7W owns a parcel of land near Crafton Avenue and
Madeira in Redlands, California, as shown on the map attached
hereto as EXHIBIT "A" and incorporated by this reference.
2 . REDLANDS wishes to acquire a portion of the prop-
erty referred to in paragraph 1. , in order to develop a new well
for municipal use. The proposed well site is Located on the
north side of Madeira 100 feet east of the southwest property
corner of the 7W property and is approximately 50 by 50 feet in
size.
3. REDLANDS owns certain property in Redlands as shown
on the map attached hereto as EXHIBIT "B" and incorporated herein
by this reference, which it wishes to convey to 7W in exchange
for the proposed well site.
4. 7W is willing to convey the proposed well site to
REDLANDS in exchange for the property that REDLANDS has offered
to 7W, provided REDLANDS agrees to certain conditions with re-
