QUITCLAIM DEED
IN CONSIDERATION of One Dollar receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
SAN BERNARDINO VALLEY WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT
does hereby REMISE, RELEASE AND FOREVER QUITCLAIM to
CITY OF REDLANDS
all that real property in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as:
All rights to an easement granted to San Bernardno Valley Water Conservation Dis-
trict to flow and convey water on and across the following described property for
the purpose of water spreading and percolation purposes, and also quitclaims all
rights of ingress and egress to said property, said easement being described as
follows:
All that portion of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Sec-
tion 17, T. 1 S. , R. 2 W. , and the Northwest half of the Northwest Quarter of Sec-
tion 20, T. 1 S. , R. 2 W. , SBB&M, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 17, T. 1 S. , R. 2 W. ;
Thence, East along the South line of said Section 17, 400 feet to the True
Point of Beginning;
Thence Northerly along a line parallel to and 400 feet East of the West
line of said section 17 to a point located in Lot 31, Block 14 of the Stretch Map
of Mentone, said point being 492.51 feet Southerly of the North line of said Lot 31;
Thence Westerly at right angles to the West line of said Section 17, 400
feet to the West line of said Section 17;
Thence Southerly along the West line of said Section 17 and along the
Southerly prolongation of said West line to a point located 32 feet Southerly of
the South line of said Section 17;
Thence Easterly along a line parallel to and 32 feet South of the South
line of said Section 17, 400 feet;
Thence Northerly 32 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 8 acres more
or less.

said State, personally appeared Robert T. Paine, known to me to be the
President of the Board of Directors of the SAN BERNARDINO VALLEY WATER CON-
SERVATION DISTRICT, and William J. Hiltgen, known to me to be Secretary to
the Board of Directors of the SAN BERNARDINO VALLEY WATER CONSERVATION DIS- .
TRICT, that executed the within instrument, and known to me to be the persons
who executed the attached instrument on behalf of the Public Agency therein
named, and acknowledged to me that such Public Agency executed the within
instrument pursuant to a resolution of the Board of Directors on December 8,
1986.

officer.
