that portion of Siesta Villa , per map recorded in Book 14 of Maps ,
Page 14, Records of said County, more particularly described as follows :
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 32, Township 1 South,
Range 3 West , San Bernardino Meridian , said point being the intersection
of the centerline of Alabama Street and the original center lane of
Barton Road; now named Calvary Circle ;
Thence South 89032'43" West, 50 . 00 feet along the North line of said
Section 32;
Thence South 01002 ' 07" East, 41 . 80 feet to a point in the Northerly
prolongation of the West line of Alabama Street, a 100 foot right--of--way ,
said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence continuing along said prolongation of the Westerly line of
