The Improvements include, but are not limited to, three hangars (consisting, of 12,122 square feet, 14,2633 square feet and 21,808 square feet) storage sheds, an electrical shed and a fuel pump facility including an underground tank- and computer control systems for payment, monitoring and operation of the fuel pump facility. CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE This is to certify that the Quitclaim Deed conveyed to the City of Redlands from Aerodynamics, Inc. , a California Corporation, dated December 29, 2005, is hereby accepted and the Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.
