We hereby quitclaim any right, title or interest to any portion of the
vacated Stuart Street in the City of Redlands, County of San
Bernardino, State of California, as shown on FAIRBANKS & WILSON
SUBDIVISION, as per plat recorded in Book 4 of Maps, Page 46, records
of said County, said quitclaim shall be for that portion of vacated
Stuart Street lying North of the following described line:
COMMENCING at the Southeast corner of Lot 6 of BEST SUBDIVISION of
Block D of BALCOM and Sibley's Addition to Redlands, as per plat
recorded in Book 13 of Maps, Page 36, records of said County, said
point is shown on Parcel Map No. 10573, recorded in Book 122 of Parcel
Maps, Page 24, records of said County; thence South 89° 57 ' 14" East
along the North right of way line of Stuart Avenue, 15. 00 feet; thence
North 00 03 ' 19" East 152 . 09 feet to the True Point of Beginning of
said line; thence South 89° 55 ' 07" East 42. 10 feet to the Easterly
terminus of said line.
The purpose of this recording is to reflect the property lines between
Lot 6, Block A and Lot 6, Block B of the FAIRBANKS & WILSON
SUBDIVISION, as shown by the map on file in the City of Redlands
Public Works office, said map being dated 1907 and compiled by C. E.
Brown and corrected to January, 1939 .
