That portion of land as shown on the Record of Survey filed in Book
29 of Records of Survey, at Page 61, of the records of said County,
described as follows:
COMMENCING at the intersection of the centerline of Redlands Boulevard
and North Eureka Street, as shown on the aforesaid Record of Survey
filed in Book 29 of Records of Survey, at Page 61; thence along the
centerline of Redlands Boulevard, North 890 59' 05" East 56.97 feet;
thence at right angles South 00* 00' 55" East 42.00 feet to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 890 59' 05" East along a line
parallel with and 42.00 feet Southerly of said centerline of Redlands
