That certain real property located in the City of Redlands, County of
San Bernardino, State of California described as that portion of San
Bernardino County Assessor's Parcel Number 169-231-33 and Utility Map
872-36-12F Parcel 28 lying easterly of Eureka Street, as realigned.
The property consists of portions of Lots 3 through 8, Block B, of the
Fairbanks and Wilson Subdivision M.B. 4/47, Portions of Lots 14, 16,
and 18, Block D, of the Central Townsite M.B. 8/57 and a portion of
the S.P.R.R. Right-of-way lying between Blocks B and C of said Fairbanks
and Wilson Subdivision.
