RiV will, submdt. detailed plans. specifications
calculations to show current capacity is maintainedi
for the relocation of the pipeline to the City which
plans and specifications shall, be subject tc
written consent and approval of City.
1dii) Construction of the relocated pipelines will be ir

City;
AM Concurrently with such relocation, RJ V will grant to
City a replacement easement cn-i the same terms and
conditions as this easement, except that the location,
of the replacement easement will be 25 feet in widv,,.
with the cenrerline located, where the replacemen-,
sewer lines are located. The replacement els .men','.
will have the same recording priority as t 5 is
easement; if necessary to accomplish such priority,
RJV will obtain and record subordination agreements
acceptable to City from any holders of any new liens
or encumbrances that would otherwise have prior--,.,-..-,-
over the replacement easement . Upon completion of
relocation of the pipelines and recordation of a
replacement easement to City in accordance with tKis
paragraph, City will will quitclaim this easement back r.-,
RJV; and,
all costs associated with the relocation (including
design, engineering and construction and permits)
will be paid by RJV.
3 . Use of Easement Area .
Tne easement herein granted shall be kept free of a! -,,
svf=ures, trees and other items which -,-�iy inz�erfere with
=s�ruction, operation, maintenance and repair of the sewer works
locaLed within said easement . Notwithstanding the foregoing, �e
following shall be permitted on the Easement :

4 . Successors and Assigns

Easement to be effective upon the date of its recordation in the
Official Records of San Bernardino County, California.
