Gentlemen:
This is to assure you that Southern California Edison Company intends to
quit claim that certain Grant of Easement dated August 7, 1961 from Henry
J. Wilson and A. R. Wilson and recorded as instrument #587 on August 31 ,
1961 in Book 5524, page 592, of the official records of San Bernardino
County.
The quit claim procedure normally takes from six to eight weeks. When
the document is recorded, we will send the original to you.
