POST, and recorded June 5, 1890, in Book 115, Page 104 of Deeds, San Bernardino County, California, in favor of the City of Redlands, and that certain 12 foot drainage easement as dedicated on Parcel Map 9705 in Book 129, Pages 14 and 15 of Parcel Maps.
