The Relinquishment consists of portions of Pioneer. Avenue and along Tennessee Street between Pioneer Avenue and San Bernardino Avenue. A certified copy of the Resolution was recorded on June 1 , 1988 , in the Office of the San Bernardino County Recorder. . C. R. RELINQUISHMENT OF HIGHWAY RIGHT OF WAY IN THE CITY OF REDLANDS, ROAD 8-SBD-30-32.2/32.5 REQUEST NO. 3665 WHEREAS, by freeway agreement dated April 20, 1971, between the City of Redlands and the State of California, ,the City agreed to accept title to reconstructed city streets upon relinquishment thereof to said City by the State of California; and WHEREAS, the State of California has acquired right of way for and has constructed the above-mentioned collateral facilities in the City of Redlands , at Pioneer Avenue Undercrossing and along new Tennessee Street between Pioneer Avenue and San Bernardino Avenue, road 8-SBd-30 , in accordance with said agreement; and WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 73 of the Streets and Highways Code, a 90-day notice in writing dated December 30 , 1987 , of intention to relinquish the above-mentioned collateral TRANSPORTATION COM-MISS10N RESOLUTION NO R 2 9 8 0 P"SED IT spot M AY 2 01988 CALIFORP11,%lo TRAIISPORTATtONCOMMISS10" Pi! I . . 88--��4385 facilities was delivered to the City by certified mail return receipt on January 5, 1988, Article Number 95680; and WHEREAS, this Commission has found and determined, and does hereby find and determine, that it is desirable and in the public interest that said collateral facilities be relinquished to the City of Redlands for use as city streets; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS VOTED by the California Transpor- tation Commission that it relinquish, and it does hereby relin- quish, to the City of Redlands, effective upon the recordation of a certified copy hereof with the Recorder of San Bernardino County, all of the State of California's right, title and interest in and to said collateral facilities in said City, together with the right of way and appurtenances thereof, described as follows: That portion of highway right of way, road 8-SBd-30, shown as Segments 1 through 3 to be relinquished as indicated on one set of three maps filed for record on April 15, 1988' in State Highway Map Book No. 13, pages 91, 92 and 93 , in the office of the San Bernardino County Recorder. THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the foregoing is a full and correct copy of the original resolution duly passed by the California Transportation Commission at its meeting regularly called and held on the 20th day of May, 1988, in the City of Los Angeles.
