This Grant of Roadway Easement is entered into by and between
Prologis, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership
and the City of Redlands, a Municipal Corporation (herein "City") duly organized in accordance with
the laws of the State of California.
For valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged
Prologis, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership
hereby grants to the City of Redlands an irrevocable roadway easement over that certain real
property ("Easement Area"), described on Exhibit "A" and shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto, for
the following purposes:
A. Right-of-way at any time, or from time to time, to construct, maintain, operate replace,
and renew the roadway described on Exhibit "A" and shown on Exhibit `B", and appurtenant
structures in, upon and across said Easement Area or any part thereof; and
B. Ingress and egress over the Easement Area for vehicular or pedestrian traffic.

DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY
That portion of Lot I of Gregory Tract No. I on file in Book 19 of Maps at page 94.
Records of San Bernardino County, State of California, described as follows:
CON4NIENCING at the intersection of the centerline of Palmetto Avenue (30.00 feet in
northerly half width) with the centerline of California Street (41.25 feet in easterly half width) as
shown on Record of Survey on file in Book 68 at Page 23 of Records of Survey, Records of San
Bernardino County, California;
Thence North 89'33'23" East along said centerline of Palmetto Avenue, a distance of
41.28 feet to a point thereon;
Thence North 00'26'37" West, at a right angle, a distance of 30.00 feet to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING, said point being on the easterly right of way line of said California
Street;
Thence North 00'22'38" West along said easterly right of way line, a distance of 42.06
feet to a point of cusp on a curve, concave to the northeast, having a radius of 50.00 feet, the
radial line from said point bears North 89'37'22" East;
Thence southerly and southeasterly along said curve, to the left, through a central angle
of 57'12'23", an arc distance of 49.92 feet to a point on the westerly corner of that parcel of land
described in Resolution No. 7145 Ordering the Vacation of a Portion of Palmetto Avenue
recorded June 4, 2012 as Document No. 2012-0218943, Official Records of San Bernardino
County, California;
Thence South 89'33'23" West along the northerly right of way line of said Palmetto
Avenue, a distance of 22.92 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing 285 square feet, more or less
