That portion of Parcel 1 of Parcel Map 9186, in the City of Redlands ,
County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per map recorded
in Book 98 , pages 43 and 44 of Parcel Maps in the office of the
County Recorder of said County, described as follows :
COMMENCING at the Southeast corner of Parcel 1 of said Parcel Map;
thence South 89° 25 ' 12" West 205.86 feet along the Northerly right-
of-way line of Barton Road to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence
continuing along said Northerly right-of-way line South 89° 25 ' 12"
West 115 .00 feet to a point on a curve concave to the North having
a radius of 1,792. 79 feet and to which point a radial line bears
North 000 33' 39" West; thence Northwesterly 242.00 feet along said
