GRANT OF STORM DRAIN AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT

Husband and Wife as Joint Tenants

and the City of Redlands, a Municipal Corporation (herein"City")duly organized in accordance
with the laws of the State of California.
For valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged

hereby grants to City an irrevocable storm drain and drainage easement over that certain real
property ("Easement Area"), described on Exhibit "A" and shown on Exhibit `B" attached
hereto, for the following purposes:
A. Right-of-way at any time, or from time to time, to construct, maintain, operate
replace, and renew the storm drainage system described on Exhibit "A" and
shown on Exhibit "B", and appurtenant structures in, upon and across said
Easement Area or any part thereof; and
B. Ingress and egress over the Easement Area for any storm water and drainage
flows.

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
This is to certify that the Grant of Storm Drain and Drainage Easement conveyed to
the City of Redlands from Robert H. Ziprick and Sharlyn A. Ziprick, dated April 13,
2006, is hereby accepted and the Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly
authorized officer.

A Storm Drain Easement over a portion of the following described parcel
of land:
That portion of Lot 5, Block 28, Map of West Redlands, in the City of
Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per Map
recorded in Book 9, Page 22, of Maps, in the office of the County
Recorder of said County, per Document ## 2004-0057407, Official Records
of said County, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwest corner of said Lot 5, on the southeasterly
line of a 100 foot street known as Brookside Avenue, thence North 550
55' East 64.64 feet along the northwesterly line of said Lot 5, also being
the southeasterly line of said Brookside Avenue; thence South 280 20'
East 75.75 feet; thence South 34" 40' East 74,64 feet; thence South 55L
55' West 57.81 feet, parallel with the northwesterly line of said Lot 5 to a
point on the southwesterly line of said Lot 5; thence North 340 05' West
150 feet along the southwesterly line of said Lot 5 to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
Said Storm, Drain Easement being over a portion of the above-described
parcel of land within said Lot 5 ,and being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the northwest corner of said Lot 5;
thence along the northwesterly line of said Lot 5, said line being also the
southeasterly line of said Brookside Avenue (100 feet wide), North 560

record) to the most northerly corner of the above-described parcel of
land and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
