CONSENT AND DECLARATION OF SUBORDINATION
WHEREAS, Redlands Federal Savings and Loan Association, is the beneficiary and
owner and holder of the note(s) secured by that certain deed of trust executed
by Herbert Lynn Van Born and Opal M. Van Horn recorded July 17, 1986 as
Instrument Number 86-192784 of Official Records of the County of Sun
Bernardino, State of California, and WHEREAS, said beneficiary desires to have
the lien and charge of said deed of trust described herein to be subordinate to
that certain easement granted to the City of Redlands, A Municipal Corporation,
recorded concurrently herewith for an easement for public street and highway
purposes, in, on and over the real property in the City of Redlands, County of
San Bernardino, State of California described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and by this reference incorporated herein.
Now therefore, the undersigned beneficiary does hereby subordinate the above
