The meeting was called to order by Mayor Burroughs.
The minutes of the regular meeting of the Parking Authority of No
21, 1967 were approved as submitted.
City Manager Merritt reported that an agreement is near at hand b
the Harris Company, the Security Company, the City and the Parkin
Authority concerning the development of downtown parking, and req
that the Council be available for a special meeting at such time
agreement is prepared.
Council assured Mr. Merritt that a quorum would be present when c
upon.
There being no further business, the Parking Authority adjourned,
