The meeting was called to order by Mayor Burroughs.
This special meeting of the Parking Authority was called to consi
agreement between the City, the Parking Authority, the Redlands S
Company and the Harris Company concerning the Town Square develop.
and provisions for parking in the City of Redlands .
At this time, on motion of Councilman Hartzell, seconded by Counc
Martinez, the Parking Authority unanimously approved the agreemen
authorized the Chairman of the Board of Directors to sign it, sub
to execution by All other parties to the agreement.
There being no further business, the Parking Authority adjourned,
motion.
