The minutes of the regular meeting of December 19, and of the special.
meeting of December 27, 1967 were approved as submitted.
This special meeting of the Parking Authority was called to consider-
the construction of parking lots by the Parking Authority. At this
time it is the recommendation of the Cite Attorney that condemnation
procedures be authorized for acquisition of property shown on the 'T'own
Square development map as parking places, for which it may prove impos-
sible to negotiate.
