MINUTES of a meeting of the Redlands Redevelopment
Agency held in the Council Chambers, Safety Hall,
212 Brookside Avenue, on July 18, 1972 at 3 :45 P.M.

Mr. Robert Hill, Consultant on Redevelopment,

addressed the Council and stated that the purpose
of this meeting was to transmit the Redlands
Redevelopment Plan to the Planning Commission
for their approval. He added that this was
=� the next step in Redevelopment as required

by State law.
Council discussed the plan briefly, stating
that it had been well covered in a study session,
and on motion of Dr. Miller, seconded by Mr.
Knudsen, referred the plan to the Planning
Commission by an AYE vote of all present.
Mr. Merritt presented an agreement between
the Redlands Redevelopment Agency and O`Melveny
and Myers to furnish legal services consisting
of examination of a transcript furnished by
the Agency to the Attorneys covering, when
completed, all proceedings leading up to and
including the adoption of the Redevelopment Plan.
The fee for this service is to be $500 and
reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses. The
fee will be applied against any fee for legal
services rendered in connection with the issuance
and sale of tax allocation bonds by the agency
for the financing of the portion of said
redevelopment project.
Following brief discussion, and upon recommen-
dation of Attorney Taylor, the Agreement was
approved by AYE votes of all present on motion
of Dr. Miller, seconded by Mr. Knudsen.
There being no further business, the Redevelopment
Agency adjourned, with a meeting set for
2 :30 P.M. , July 25, 1972.
