MINUTES of a regular meeting of the Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Redlands held in the
Council Chambers, 212 Brookside Avenue, on
January 2, 1974 at 5.00 P.M.

ABSENT None
The Redevelopment Agency convened for a brief
meeting at this time and approved the minutes of
the regular meeting of December 18, 1973 as
submitted.
Redevelopment Director Merritt read from the
December 28th Kiplinger Letter a statement that
"downtown shopping malls will refresh decaying
center-cities and also avoid environmental problems .
Downtown will still be the place where most people
will work. And the downtown may expand. . .grow
OUTward. "
All There being no further business, the Redevelopment
