Council Chambers, Safety Hall, 212 Brookside
Avenue, on April 23, 1974 at 2. 15 P.M.

A meeting of the Redevelopment Agency was called
for this time and place to consider the redevel-
opment projects on the north side of Redlands
Boulevard between Orange and Eureka Streets .
Mr. Merritt presented Mr. Ken Brown of Coldwell
Property Banker. Mr. Brown summarized the progress of
Acquisition the redevelopment projects located between
Orange and Eureka Streets on the north side of
Redlands Boulevard and requested authorization
to proceed with the property acquisition phase
as relates to these redevelopment projects.
Following brief discussion, on motion of Member
Miller, seconded by Member Grace, the authorization
was unanimously given by the Redevelopment Agency
to acquire the above properties.
The Agency joined Mr. Brown in an expression of
appreciation to Mr. Guggisberg for his very
cooperative efforts in making land available
for the relocation of McEwen' s Furniture, and
urged staff to assist Mr. Guggisberg in his
arrangements for his own car display.
There being no further business scheduled for
consideration at this time, the Agency adjourned
at 2.30 P.M.
