ABSENT None
The minutes of the regular meeting of the Redevel-
opment Agency held on May 6, 1975 were approved as
submitted.
Member Knudsen asked approximately how many million
dollars the City was now committed for and paying
ON interest on. Mr. Poer stated that the total now
is approximately five million dollars. Mr. Merritt
explained that the ultimate total would be eight-
nine million dollars. Mr. Knudsen stated that at
7-1d2 percent interest that would be approximately
$350,000 per year.
City Manager Merritt stated that he had no matters
to bring to the Agency' s attention at the moment
but requested that the members be available for a
special meeting to be called prior to the next City
Council meeting on June 3, 1975.
There being no further business for consideration
at this time, the Agency adjourned, on motion.
Next regular meeting, June 3, 1975.
