MINUTES of an adjourned regular meeting of the Redevelop-
ment Agency of the City of Redlands held in the
Council Chambers, Safety Hall, 212 Brookside Ave-
nue on June 19, 1975 at 4:10 P.M.
PRESENT Ellsworth E. Miller, Vice Chairman
Charles G. DeMirjyn, Member
Chresten M. Knudsen, Member
Bertha Rose Grace, Member
R. P. Merritt, Jr. , Acting Executive Director
Edward F. Taylor, City Attorney
Peggy A. Moseley, Secretary
Erwin S. Hein, Redlands Daily Facts
Pat Sheeran, San Bernardino Sun
ABSENT Jack B. Cummings, Chairman
Vice Chairman Miller called this adjourned regu-
lar meeting of the Redevelopment Agency to order
at approximately 4:10 P.M.
Acting Executive Director Merritt presented the
Agency members with further material for their
study.
Mr. Merritt explained that O 'Melveny & Myers,
legal consultants to the Agency, required addi-
tional material in their preparation of the neces-
sary resolutions for the sale of bonds. He added

that all material would be in readiness for a
'100-
ANN meeting on Tuesday, June 24, at 4:00 P.M.
The members discussed the project briefly.
There being no further business, on motion, the
Redevelopment Agency meeting was adjourned to
an adjourned meeting on Tuesday, June 24, at
4 :00 P.M.
Next regular meeting, July 1, 1975.
