MINUTES of a regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency
of the City of Redlands held in the Council Cham-
bers, Safety Hall, 212 Brookside Avenue, on
August 5, 1975 at 4:00 P.M.

The minutes of the regular meeting of July 15
and of the adjourned regular meeting of July 29,
1975 were approved as submitted.
At the meeting of July 29 the Agency authorized
condemnation, if necessary, of the Gerrard prop-
erty which was formerly Gerrard' s Market. At

for the purpose of acquiring and taking certain
real property for Redevelopment purposes and
execution of the Redevelopment Plan of the Redlands
Redevelopment Project,
Following brief discussion of the advantages to
the Agency and the property owners of condemna-
tion action, on motion of Member Grace, seconded
by Member Knudsen, Resolution No. 151 was adopted
by AYE votes of all present.
Where being no further business, the Agency
adjourned, on motion, at 4:15 P.m.
Next regular meeting, August 19, 1975 .
