Hein, Redlands Daily Facts Rita Busby, San Bernardino Sun ABSENT None The regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency was adjourned to this time and place by the Secretary because of a lack of quorum at the regu- lar meeting time. The minutes of the adjourned regular meeting of August 19, 1975 were approved as submitted, Community Development Coordinator Poer explained the question which has arisen concerning the park- ing property. Property Mr. Poer stated that this fact has been understood throughout all negotiations with the developer. Mr. Poer presented a letter from Richard D. Jones agreeing to the covenants and restrictions. Following brief discussion, on motion of Member Miller, seconded by Member DeMirjyn, unanimous approval was given to acceptance of this letter from Mr. Jones. Coordinator Poer reported briefly on the progress of demolition. There being no further business, the Agency adjourned, on motion, at 8:40 P.M. Next regular meeting, September 16, 1975.
