The minutes of the adjourned regular meeting of
September 2, 1975 were approved as submitted.
The following bids for preliminary grading,
Redlands Redevelopment Area, were opened and
publicly declared in the office of the City Clerk
at 10 :00 A.M. on September 11, 1975

These bids were referred to the Building and
Safety Department for study and recommendation.
It is now the recommendation of Bob Mitchell,
Director of the Department of Building and
Safety, that award be made to Kruger McGrew
Construction Company as the lowest and fully
qualified bid. On motion of Member Miller,
seconded by Member DeMirjyn, award for prelim-
inary grading in the amount of $25,440.00 was
made to Kruger McGrew Construction Company.
Mr. Knudsen requested that page five of the
September 2, 1975, City Council minutes be
Mall attached and made a part of these minutes in
Design order to include the recommendation regarding
the Mall design at the State/Orange Street in-
tersection.
There being no further business, the Agency
adjourned, on motion.
Next regular meeting, October 7, 1975.
