ABSENT None
Minutes of the adjourned regular meetings of
October 28 and November 4, 1975 were approved
as submitted.
Assistant City Manager Garry Brown requested
Agency authorization for the hiring of the Certi-
fied Public Accountants firm of Eadie & Payne to
Annual conduct an annual audit of the Redevelopment
Audit Agency. On motion of Member DeMirjyn, seconded
by Member Miller, unanimous approval was given
for the authorization of the firm of Eadie &
Payne to perform the annual audit on the Redevelop-
ment Agency.
Community Development Coordinator Poer briefly
reported on the procedure for preparation of
the land at Redlands Boulevard and Change Street
for the United California Bank. He added that
the staff is preparing for the transfer of the
property to the developer.
There being no further business, the Agency
adjourned, on motion.
Next regular meeting, December 2, 1975 .
