Brown, Assistant City Manager Edward F. Taylor, City Attorney Peggy A. Moseley, Secretary Erwin S. Hein, Redlands Daily Facts Pat Sheeran, San Bernardino Sun ABSENT None The minutes of the regular meeting of November 18, 1975 were approved as submitted. Assistant City Manager Garry Brown requested authorization for transfer of six parcels of land to the Redevelopment Agency. Five parcels lie betwef Citrus and Redlands Boulevard adjacent to Eureka Street, with a proposed price of $84,863 .501. On motion of Member Knudsen, seconded by Member Miller, purchase of these properties was unanimously approvec by the Redevelopment Agency. The remaining parcel, on the southeast side of Citrus at Eureka, for a purchase price of $13,481.12 was also recommended. On motion of Member Knudsen, seconded by Member Miller, purchase of parcel No. 6 was unanimously approved. �h On motion of Member Knudsen, seconded by Member Grace, unanimous approval was given to the accept- Grant Deeds ance of the grant deeds for the above properties, with the Acting Executive Director authorized to accept the deeds in behalf of the Redevelopment Agency, Community Development Coordinator Poer reported the groundbreaking on Wednesday, December 10, at 10 :00 A.M. at Redlands Boulevard and ©range Street for the United California Bank, and invited all to attend. He added that deeds are being prepared for transfer of this property. He stated also that operating and maintenance agreements are being prepared for the parking property.
