Hein, Redlands Daily Facts Pat Sheeran, San Bernardino Sun ABSENT None The minutes of the regular meeting of December 16 and the adjourned, adjourned meeting of December 18, 1975 were approved as submitted. Bid Call Agency authorization to call for bids for sewer Sewer relocation within the project area was unanimously Relocation given on motion of Member DeMirjyn, seconded by Member Grace, A Corporation Quitclaim Deed from the City, as Quitclaim successors in interest to the Redlands, Zugonia, Deed City to and Crafton Domestic Water Company, releasing to Agency the Redevelopment Agency any easements or other rights over the Redevelopment Area, was accepted unanimously on motion of Member Miller, seconded by Member DeMirjyn, with the Acting Executive Director authorized to execute the certificate of acceptance in behalf of the Agency. A Grant Deed to provide a blanket transfer of all property within the six-block redevelopment Grant Deed area from the City of Redlands to the Redlands City to Redevelopment Agency was accepted unanimously Agency on motion of Member Miller, seconded.. by Member DeMirjyn, with the Acting Executive Director IIJI authorized to execute the certificate of acceptance in behalf of the Agency. Mr. Merritt reported briefly on the plans and schedule for the United California Bank.. There being no further business to be considered at this time, the Agency adjourned, on motion, at 7: 47 P.M.
