MINUTES of an adjourned regular meeting of the Redevelop-
ment Agency of the City of Redlands, held in the
Council Chambers, Safety Ball, 212 Brookside Avenue,
on March 9, 1976, at 8:00 P.M.

The minutes of the regular meeting of February 17 ,
1976, were approved as submitted.
Mr . Merritt explained the need for a construction

time and recommended Agency approval of this posi-
tion for the duration of the project construction.
He explained that the Construction Supervisor
would report directly to Robert Mitchell who has
made the selection of a competent person; that the
compensation is realistic and is budgeted from
Redevelopment Funds . On motion of Dr . Miller,
seconded by Mrs . Grace, unanimous approval was
given to this recommendation.
Acting Director Merritt gave a brief report on the
progress of the Development at this time. He
stated that Mr . Archbold, Mr . Mitchell, and the
City Auditors had met this day with the Kahn Repre-
sentatives to establish auditing procedures in
order to bring monthly reports to the Council
members, citizens, and bond holders . Mr . Merritt
M' further explained that up to this time the pro-
spectus of the three bond sales had represented this .
There being no further business, the meeting
adjourned, on motion, at 8:10 P.M. The next
AMR regular meeting March 16, 1976.
