Hein, Redlands Daily Facts Pat Sheeran, San Bernardino Sun ABSENT Nene The minutes of the regular meeting of April 6, 1976, were approved as submitted. Acting Executive Director Mitchell requested authorization to advertise for bids for the ANN `w following Bial Call Underground Garage.. Fire sprinkler system, Underground ventilation, electrical, and lighting. Garage Bid Call Parking Area - Main Mall and South of Citrus Underground Avenue: Retaining walls and planters, paving ti Garage & landscaping, trellises at building entrances, Parking Area landscape irrigation, sidewalks and all utility connections from within five feet of the building to the street. After a brief discussion, on motion of Member Grace, seconded by Member Knudsen, unanimous authorization to advertise bids for this site development and building alteration was given. Following a brief explanation by Mr. Mitchell, Phase VI on motion of Member Miller, seconded by Member Demolition Grace, unanimous approval was given to adver- tise for bids for Phase VI Demolition. There being no further business, the meeting adjourned, on motion, at 4:10 P.M. The Redevelopment Agency reconvened to accept the announcement by Redevelopment Coordinator Poer, that the thirty (30) day waiting period had elapsed and that the W & D Developers automatically became the developers of the Pearl Street parcel according to the City Council 's former action. Mr. Poer explained that no offers had come for any development on that land. He also stated that the staff is now preparing a proper agreement naming W & D Developers . Mr. Dicker thanked the Agency for naming his firm as the developer and stated that he would hope to go forward in 120 days following final acquisition of land. It was explained to Mr. Frisbie, present in the audience, that the land underlying streets and alleys is not City property, but dedicated land, and that when the City abandoned such property, it reverts to the adjacent property owners . 154 There being no further business, the meeting adjourned again, on motion, at 4 :30 P.M.
