MINUTES of a regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency
of the City of Redlands, held in the Council
Chambers, Safety Mall, 212 Brookside Avenue, on
May lei, 1976, at 3:25 P.M.

The minutes of the regular meeting of .May 4, 1976,
were approved as submitted.
The following bids for Phase VI Demolition were
opened and publicly declared in the office of
the City Clerk on May 14, 1976:
Mead Wrecking Company, Pasadena, Ca. $17, 778.014
Keith D. Abrams, Chatsworth, Ca. 28, 945 .44
E & G Contractors, Huntington Beach 39, 645.44
Roger Roy Land Clearing, Chatsworth 49,469. 75
The Acting Executive Director investigated the
qualifications of the low bidder and bound that
he has been in business for 25 years, has done
Award Bid satisfactory work for the City of Riverside,
Phase VI West Covina Redevelopment Agency, and Southern
Demolition Pacific Railroad, and it is his recommendation
that award be made to the Mead Wrecking Company,
Pasadena, California. Following discussion, on
motion of Member Miller, seconded by Member
Knudsen, unanimous approval was given to award
of this bid for Phase VI Demolition to Mead
Wrecking Company, Pasadena, California, in the
amount of $17, 778.44.
There being no further business, the meeting
adjourned, on motion, at 3 . 35 P.M.
